Do you upload my photos?
No. Your export is read and repaired inside your browser, and the result ZIP is saved on your device. We never receive your files. See the Privacy Policy.
Which files do I need?
Your own Snapchat “Download My Data” export ZIP file(s) that include your Memories. You can select several ZIP parts at once. The tool does not log in to Snapchat or download anything from Snapchat for you.
What gets repaired?
Caption/sticker overlays are merged onto matching photos; capture dates and available GPS locations are written into photos; capture times are written into videos. You get a ZIP with the repaired files, a manifest listing anything left unchanged and why, and an offline album page (index.html).
What doesn’t it do yet?
Overlays are not burned into video files yet (the overlay image is kept next to the video and shown on top of it in the album), and split video parts are not joined. Existing different dates or GPS already in a file are not overwritten. Files it can’t match are kept unchanged and listed in the manifest.
How does the free trial work?
You can repair your oldest 100 photos free to check the result on your own export. Videos are included with the paid unlock.
What does the unlock cost?
A one-time $9.99 (plus any tax shown at checkout). No subscription. Payment is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record.
I paid but I’m not unlocked / I switched device or cleared my browser.
Use the license key from your receipt email to restore the unlock (up to 3 activations). If that doesn’t work, email us with your checkout email or order ID.
My export is very large. Will it work?
Large exports depend on your device and browser memory. A desktop computer with Chrome is recommended; phones are best for small batches. If processing stops, try fewer ZIP parts at a time and contact us.
